Inspection Before Delivery
- Inspection is available in the presence of the courier before accepting your order.
- The order condition is verified before the courier leaves.

Tip: Open your order and inspect it in front of the courier โ if there's any issue with the item's condition, you have the right to refuse delivery immediately.

Size Exchange
- Size exchanges are available after receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition โ unused, unwashed, and with its original tags attached.
- Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange your exchange and we'll guide you through the steps.

Returns
- Returns are available only in case of a manufacturing defect.
- The defect must be reported immediately upon delivery, with photos or a video showing the issue.
- After inspection and confirmation of the defect, the item's value will be refunded or exchanged according to your preference.

Important: Used, washed items, or items with removed tags cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Delivery within Egypt takes 2โ5 business days from order confirmation.
