1 · Cancellation & 24-Hour Refund

• You can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 24 hours only from the time of booking.
• To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.
• The refund is processed promptly once the cancellation is confirmed with you.

Important: After 24 hours from order confirmation, the order cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review your size, color, and address before ordering.

2 · Returns for Manufacturing Defects

• Returns are available only in case of a manufacturing defect.
• The defect must be reported immediately upon delivery, with photos or a video showing the issue.
• After inspection and confirmation, the item's value will be refunded or exchanged — your choice.

Tip: Inspect your order in front of the courier before accepting it — reporting an issue on the spot makes everything faster.

3 · How Your Refund Works

• The refunded amount equals the full value of the item.
• Refunds begin only after the issue is inspected and confirmed by our team.
• We'll agree with you on the most convenient refund method via WhatsApp and keep you updated until it's done.

4 · Prefer an Exchange?

• Size exchanges are available after receiving your order.
• The item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and with its original tags attached.
• Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you through the steps.

5 · Cases That Cannot Be Refunded

• Orders canceled after the 24-hour window from confirmation.
• Used or washed items, or items with removed tags.
• Issues reported without photos or video proof.
• Issues reported long after delivery instead of immediately.

6 · Sale & Discount Periods

During sale periods, please review the Size Chart on each product page and choose your size carefully — orders placed during promotions follow the same refund rules above.
