From our studio to your doorstep — here's exactly how your order travels to you, and what to expect at every step of the journey.

1 · Delivery Time

• Delivery within Egypt takes 2–5 business days from order confirmation.
• Business days exclude weekends and official holidays.
• During sale periods and high-demand launches, orders may take slightly longer — we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

Tip: Need your order by a specific date? Message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll do our best to make it happen.

2 · Order Confirmation & Updates

• Every order is confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch.
• We verify your address and phone number to guarantee smooth delivery.
• You'll receive updates at the key stages of your order's journey until it reaches your door.

Important: Please double-check your phone number at checkout — if we can't reach you to confirm, your order may be delayed.

3 · Coverage & Shipping Fees

• We deliver to all governorates through trusted courier companies.
• Any shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
• Can't find your area at checkout? Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll check availability for you.

4 · Receiving & Inspecting Your Order

• Inspection is available in the presence of the courier before accepting your order.
• If there's any issue with the item's condition, you have the right to refuse delivery immediately.
• Once accepted, size exchanges and defect returns follow our Exchange & Return Policy.

Remember: Inspect first, accept second — never sign for a parcel you haven't checked.

5 · Delays & Lost Parcels

Delays caused by weather, holidays, or courier high volume are outside our control — but we never leave you hanging.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll follow up with the courier until it reaches you. Parcels damaged on arrival must be reported immediately with photos or a video.
